What forms of payment are accepted?

All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£). Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If I want to make a gift purchase, can you send my order to a different address?

Yes, we can ship your order to a different address if requested.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email within 24-72 hours, including a tracking number. You can use our tracking page to check the status of your delivery.

How long does it take for orders to be processed before shipping?

Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit time: 7 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated delivery time: 8 to 13 business days.

There can be delays beyond our control such as customs and postal service delays or an increase of gift parcels being shipped during the holidays may cause delays.
